Job Description
The Content Management Trainee (CMT) reports to the Content Management Specialist (CMS)
The CMT is responsible for the day-to-day execution of content lifecycle management tasks.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assists in the tasks required to collect, collate, order, revise, index, sunset, audit, secure, etc. of content developed by the company
- Assures the uniqueness and coherence of content
- Ensures appropriate levels of security and confidentiality are applied to content
- Assists the CMS in creating and building interfaces that facilitate access to content according to role, use case, and other categories necessary to facilitate and promote their usage
- Helps promote a “single-source-of-truth” approach to the maintenance of content
- Assists the CMS in configuring and using content management tools to help inventory, reference, measure and monitor
- Helps to locate appropriate content for users
- Works according to standards, methods and best practices in managing content
- Embraces and contributes to, Denodo’s company values
Desired Skills & Experience
- BSc or higher degree in Computer Science, Marketing or other relative qualification
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Experience in managing digital assets, library management, taxonomy management.
- Excellence in written and oral presentation in English, fluency in other languages also desirable
- Ability to plan resources to meet deadlines
- Team player, customer success focused, comfortable communicator
