Job Description

The Denodo IT team is in charge of managing the IT infrastructure and assets as well as operating and evolving the global user applications, services, tools, and environments for our business and developer teams.

As part of the Denodo IT team, your mission is to manage the corporate IT infrastructure and assets as well as evolve and operate the suite of global user applications, services, tools, and environments for our business and developer teams.

Salary range: 60k - 70k base + additional bonus

Job Responsibilities & Duties

As an Associate SysSecOps Administrator, you will successfully employ a combination of technical expertise, research and investigative know-how, troubleshooting and problem solving techniques, and communication skills with internal Denodo users and IT providers to achieve your mission:

Maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, network systems and their logistics.
Triage daily technical requests from our Jira ticketing system for North America.
Coordinating with office managers for new hires, shipping and daily functions.
Perform operating system and network administration.
Create and maintain purchase orders for new equipment in our US offices.
Assist and collaborate with non-technical and technical end users.
Administrate user accounts for email, ticketing, security, domain and network.
Test backup, recovery and restore procedures scenarios.
Help maintain Inventory of assets, services, software and hardware.
Contribute to document architectures, hardware deployments and installations.
Monitor, troubleshoot and tune up our running systems to ensure our SLA meets business requirements.
Propose and execute improvements in deployments.
Help to automate common tasks to improve the support workflow.

Experience working in continuous integration, continuous deployment environments.
Foreign language skills are a plus.
