Denodo is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager – Enterprise Delivery to lead the execution of complex, high-impact data management programs for strategic enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of Denodo’s platform at scale, driving measurable business outcomes, and fostering long-term customer success.
You will oversee the orchestration of multi-stream programs, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of enterprise data ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior delivery leader and primary point of contact for enterprise-scale engagements.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of complex programs involving data virtualization, integration, analytics, and governance.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, aligning delivery milestones with customer business objectives.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across internal and external teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to co-innovate and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success and referenceability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs in data management, cloud, or digital transformation domains.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data virtualization, analytics, and enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering programs using methodologies such as PMI-PMP, SAFe, Agile, or PRINCE2.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
  • Experience working with global system integrators (GSIs), independent software vendors (ISVs), and large enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI-PMP certification (required).
  • Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud data architectures and modern data platforms.
  • Familiarity with Denodo or similar data virtualization platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a strong asset, especially for engagements in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
