Job Responsibilities & Duties
・あなたは、顧客やパートナー企業からの技術的な問い合わせや問題（トラブルなど）を、DenodoサポートサイトやEメールなどを通じて、解決策を提案します。グローバルの社内ナレッジやネットワークを有効に使って、チームとして技術的に困難な課題の解決に取り組みます。
・あなたは、お客様のビジネス要件に対応したDenodo製品のインプリメンテーション、最適化、カスタマイズに関して、設定の支援などの専門的なガイダンスをプロフェッショナルサービスとして提供します。
l Denodoプラットフォームに関する豊富な知識を習得し、Denodoの主な機能やメリット、差別化、競合優位性など、優れた技術的ピッチを行うことができる。
l 常に新しいことを学び、最新技術の概要を維持すること。
l 変化の激しい環境において、Denodo Platformを効果的に活用するために必要なリソースやトレーニングをDenodoユーザーに提供する。
l アップデートやバージョンのリリースカレンダーをフォローアップし、新しい資料を作成する機会を特定する。
l 社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、ロードマップのアップデートを提供し、フィードバックを得る。
l ローカルマネージャーと連携し、テクニカルリソースの開発と維持を調整する。
l 関連トピックに関するホワイトペーパー、プレゼンテーション、トレーニング資料、ドキュメンテーションを作成する。
l メトリクスを定義し、問題、データ、傾向を分析し、テクニカルリソースの品質と新しい働き方を向上させるためのデータ駆動型の意思決定を行う。
l プロセス、プロトコル、教材に関する問題を上層部に確実に伝える。

l コンピュータ・サイエンスまたは情報システムの理学士またはそれ以上の学位。
l 3年以上の同様の職務経験。
l データランドスケープの経験（SQL、データベース、DWH、ミドルウェア、データ関連のパブリッククラウドサービスの利用経験など）
l 基本的な英語の読み書き、コミュニケーションが取れること。
